- 1 cup coffee (cold)
- 1 cup low-fat milk
- 3 cups vanilla ice cream
- 3 tablespoons white sugar
- 3 tablespoons chocolate syrup
- In a blender, add the coffee, milk, and sugar and mix on medium for 20 seconds until the sugar is dissolved.
- Add the ice cream and chocolate syrup. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth.
- Pour into 2 glasses and serve.
