• 1 cup coffee (cold)
  • 1 cup low-fat milk
  • 3 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 3 tablespoons white sugar
  • 3 tablespoons chocolate syrup

Directions

  1. In a blender, add the coffee, milk, and sugar and mix on medium for 20 seconds until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Add the ice cream and chocolate syrup. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Pour into 2 glasses and serve.
