• 2 small bananas, peeled, cut up, and frozen
  • 1.5 cups skim milk
  • 8 ounces low-fat coffee yogurt
  • 0.25 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • Dash of ground nutmeg
  • Banana slices (optional)
  • Fresh mint (optional)

Directions

  1. In a blender container combine frozen bananas, milk, yogurt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Cover and blend till smooth.
  2. To serve, pour into glasses. If desired, garnish with fresh banana slices and mint. Makes two servings.
