• 1/2 cup cooked Maine lobster meat (chilled and chopped)
  • 1/2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 lettuce leaf
  • small hoagie roll


1. Mix together the chunks of lobster with the mayonnaise and salt.

2. Slice the hoagie roll lengthwise, and spread the lettuce leaf on the bottom half.

3. Spread the lobster over the lettuce. Top off the sandwich with the top half of the roll. Eat.
